Flat hierarchies & team spirit

We value short communication channels, an internal “Du”-culture (as it is practiced in Germany), finding solutions quickly and a pleasant working atmosphere.

Varied subject areas

Each trade fair cycle not only brings a variety of topics from different industries, but also new ideas that need to be analysed, developed and put into practice.

Working remotely

The entire GHM meets on the first working day of every month, as well as on the variously defined team days. Otherwise, we are free to work from home. Two weeks before a trade fair we are on site to take decisions more quickly. Onboarding is important to us, which is why we meet every day for at least the first fourteen days.
